1. Setting the Placements
Begin your panda bear by drawing a large oval in the center of your paper. Add a horizontal line across the middle, and a vertical  line down the middle. These will act as your placements for the eyes and nose.

2. Eyes and Nose Placements
For step two, draw a small circle in the middle of the panda's face, right where the placement lines meet. Notice how the circle is not centered perfectly. Draw two arcs extending from the circle. These arcs will be the eyes.

4. Ears and Spots
For the next step, draw two little circles atop the head for the ears. Add two spots around the panda's eyes.

5. Inking
Next, take a pen, marker or a sharpie and trace all of the lines that you want to keep. Pay special attention to the lines that overlap, such as the lips and chin.

6. Erasing
Now, erase all of the pencil lines! Be sure to give your pen or marker a few moments to dry, as to not smear the ink.

7. Color
For the final step, color in the ears and spots around the eyes with a black or dark gray colored pencil. Take a black marker and fill in the nose, and mouth. Trace over the eyes again to make them pop, and you're done!!
