Easy Dog Drawing Tutorial Step 1:
Start by drawing a circle for the head and a circle for the nose and muzzle.

Draw circles for the eyes and nose on your dog's face.

Color in the dog's nose and eyes leaving white spots for highlights.

Draw a horizontal line underneath the eyes and then add an upside down "v" shape on the muzzle for the mouth.

Draw in the outside of the eyes, the eyelids, eyebrows and the tongue. Now your dog is getting some real personality!

A happy little dog needs some big floppy ears, so draw one on each side and then go ahead and put some spots on the dog muzzle. You can make the dog's ears as big and floppy as you like!

Now draw in the underside of the ears and shade the area black. In this step we will also give the dog collar. Now draw a tag hanging from your dog's collar. You can draw a letter on the tag. I drew the letter "s" because I think this dog is super!

It's time to give your dog a body so draw a line for the floor and then draw an arch which will become the inside of the front legs.

Draw curves for the side of the dog's body and also draw in the four feet.

Draw the outside of the dog's back legs and the outside of the front legs. Add small curved lines for the dog's toes. This little guy is almost done... keep going!

If you wish, you can give your dog spots and you probably will want to go ahead and draw in a tail. This cute little dog need to tail to wag because he is happy to be almost done.
